Ford celebrated National Ice Cream day by introducing a limited edition "Orange Fury" ice cream sandwich that used Coolhaus Premium Ice Cream and was inspired by an exterior color available for the 2018 Mustang.

The sandwich was made with two vanilla whoopie cookies covered in orange icing and sandwiched around a scoop of Orange Fury ice cream, then wrapped in a Mustang-printed edible wrapper that was made from potato wafer paper and edible ink.

Barb Whalen, Ford Color and Materials Design Manager, was inspired to work with the product developers at Coolhaus to create a tasty treat that captures the iconic vehicle and its new, eye-popping color.

In a press release, Whalen stated, “I typically focus on things like color research, leather seats and hand stitching, so this was definitely a bit different for me. It was fun applying some of those same design philosophies into helping Coolhaus create an ice cream flavor that really embodies the new Orange Fury color.”

Our showroom at 4333 Washington Road in Evans proudly serves drivers from the Evans, Augusta, North Augusta and Grovetown areas.
